I don't think this is realistic. Most programs don't need an IR person working on CEP surveys/evals the equivalent of one day a week for the entire year. As with the other AD standards, NACEP seems to be going a little too far in trying to dictate use of college/university personnel, especially when program sizes vary a great deal.

These are not "official" NACEP standards - at this point the proposed changes and new standards simply represent individual contributor's thoughts and opinions.

True -- Thanks for the reminder. I should not have presented my concerns in a way that would suggest that these are "NACEP" initiatives.

20% seems like a lot of IR time and cost.
