Through summer workshops, seminars, conferences, course development, research, and advanced studies, faculty from the high schools and Syracuse University learn from one another. Programs are tailored to faculty interests and engage them in academic inquiry. Often, recognized experts in diverse fields share insight into topics of mutual concern.
Teachers are encouraged to bring their research interests to Project Advance staff for assistance in pursuing them further. Scholarship assistance for advanced study is available to educators actively involved in teaching SU courses through Project Advance. Graduate study under this program makes it possible to pursue studies at institutions throughout the United States and internationally.
