¹ A late fee will be accessed when we have not received a signed copy of the application prior to 10/13/08 even if the student originally started the application prior to this date. A check for $85.00 must accompany the signed application

² (drop requests must be received in PA Office by this date to remove financial responsibility to University) After 11/20/08 only a withdrawal request can be processed. Please note however that if students withdraw from an SU course after the drop date they are still financially responsible to the University for any outstanding balance.

⁴ (drop requests must be received in PA Office by this date to remove financial responsibility to University) After 4/21/09 only a withdrawal request can be processed. Please note however that students are still financially responsible to the University for the course and any outstanding balance.

⁵ You must confirm your class list in PASS to assure that all students who want to be registered for SU credit are officially registered. This is an electronic notification that requires an answer by simply clicking yes or no. Only those students that appear on your class list are registered for the SU course and are eligible to receive credit and an SU grade.
