Prof. Pauline received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from SUNY-Binghamton and a Master of Science degree in Sport Management from West Virginia University and a Doctor of Education degree from Ball State University in 2006.

Pauline joined Syracuse University in August 2006. An advocate for supporting women pursuing careers in sport management and faculty advisor for the SU chapter of WISE (Women in Sport and Events), she has mentored several of her students to successful careers within the sport industry.

Pauline has received numerous teaching awards, including the 2009-2010 Falk College Faculty of the Year award as well as the prestigious Meredith Teaching Recognition award

For the past two years, Pauline has had students volunteer with the NYS Special Olympics Winter Games, Mirabito Outdoor Hockey Classic, and the annual SU Spring Football game, during which they organized a clinic for hundreds of area youth at the Carrier Dome.

She involves her classes in a variety of community capacities, including working with local races, the Harlem Globetrotters, and Monster Jam to promote the greater Syracuse community.
