In keeping with the theme of this year’s conference, participants will have the opportunity to explore new technologies for teaching composition; develop collaborative student project ideas; investigate uses of theory and history in the textual studies classroom; converse about the state of the humanities in higher education; examine notions of “college readiness” for students making the transition out of high school; as well as share pedagogical approaches to diverse texts and subjects such as film, graphic novels, creative nonfiction, and multicultural literature.
Conference registration is open to faculty, staff and graduate students from area schools and colleges. Please see our “Registration Information” page for more information.
We hope you will join us!
